Refund Policy

1. Overview

All payments for Leonida Marketplace PRO plans are processed by PayPal. PayPal handles billing and payment processing on our behalf.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all PRO plans — monthly, yearly, and lifetime. If you are not satisfied with the PRO features within 14 days of your purchase, contact us and we will process a full refund, no questions asked.

After 14 days, refunds are granted at our discretion for exceptional circumstances such as technical failures that prevented access to PRO features.

3. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Monthly and yearly PRO subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, your PRO access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time after the 14-day window.

4. Lifetime Plan

The Pro Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. It is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
